At Kingston Drywall Repair, we are dedicated to providing high-quality drywall repair services that our customers can trust. We back our work with the Kingston Drywall Repair Limited Warranty, which covers repairs for issues like cracks, peeling, or other defects resulting from workmanship.
The Kingston Drywall Repair Limited Warranty is effective only upon the successful completion of your drywall repair project and adherence to the warranty, payment, and general conditions specified below.
Express Limited Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers the installation and/or repair of drywall in your home or building. Any defects, such as occasional nail pops, seams, lines around window frames and archways, trowel marks, texture imperfections, cracking, excessive nail popping, or exposed corner beads, are considered deficiencies and will be corrected by Kingston Drywall Repair once during the warranty period.
Three (3) Year Coverage
The installation and/or repair of drywall in your home or building is warranted by Kingston Drywall Repair for a period of three (3) year from the date of the original installation or repair, provided proper maintenance is upheld. If, during this period, issues like blistering tape, cracks over door and window frames or archways, trowel marks, texture defects, cracking, excessive nail popping, or exposed corner beads occur, Kingston Drywall Repair will repair these defects at no additional charge. The property owner is responsible for any painting required after repairs are completed.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from accidents, negligence, water, fire, modifications, or intentional acts. Additionally, defects in the manufacture of the drywall itself are not covered under this warranty. Any replacement drywall or repair provided under the terms of this warranty applies only to the original warranty period and does not extend the warranty duration.
Care of Drywall
To ensure this warranty remains effective, proper maintenance of your walls is required. This warranty covers workmanship defects but does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, water, fire, modifications, intentional acts, or construction-related errors.
Repairs
Kingston Drywall Repair will address covered defects once during the three (3) year warranty period. As it is common for drywall to develop cracks while a home settles, we recommend waiting approximately 11 months before scheduling warranty repairs to allow for as much settling as possible.

KINGSTON DRYWALL REPAIR MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE WARRANTY SPECIFIED ABOVE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.
The maximum amount payable under this warranty for all claims will not exceed the amount paid to Kingston Drywall Repair for the original installation, minus the cost of materials. Liability for incidental and consequential damages is excluded from this warranty coverage.
